I am 36 year old. No child yet. Last Pregnancy loss at 8 weeks, 6 months back. I am extremely worried when my nausea stopped today. I had a one time mild brown cervical mucus yesterday. Until yesterday i was feeling queasy all the time starting 6 weeks.

My morning sickness stopped very abruptly at around 8 weeks and returned with a vengeance at week 11. I've read that this is really common towards the end of the 1st trimester.

Maybe get in contact with your early pregnancy unit or GP tomorrow for some advice as you've had the brown mucus along along with the onset of your lack of MS. Just for peace of mind.

Wishing you well with your pregnancy!

Sorry about your previous loss OP
I also lost a pregnancy at 8 weeks, so my second pregnancy the same thing happened.
In the first trimester I did have the odd couple of days where randomly I would feel fine and couple of days later it would come back even worse! I also had a small bleed around 8 weeks the same time I had my previous miscarriage so very worrying - turns out to be a small bleed around baby on the scan and cleared up on it’s own.
Same as PP said see if you can contact your EPU I’m sure they would be happy to see you given you has a previous loss.
good luck :) x

My nausea vanished at the identical time... came back at week 10 unfortunately but settling again now at week 12. It’s so normal for it to be up and down. So sorry about your previous loss, must be such a worry for you this time round but there is every chance all will be well.

Brown spotting so normal too. Good luck.

This happened to me around week 9 and I found out at 12 week scan that I had had a miscarriage. I wish I'd asked for medical advice earlier, as I think the longer time thinking I was pregnant, despite my worries re nausea and fatigue subsiding, led to greater disappointment down the line. Having said that, some women told me at the time that their nausea came and went a bit and everything was fine.

Sorry, I am bound to have stressed you out. It's only a day you've not been feeling queasy so my experience not the same. How you feel better (sicker!) soon 💐

Thank you for all the responses. This is an amazing group. I am still waiting to feel sick though. I have a doctor's appointment day after tomorrow. I hope things will be ok. I also saw a tinge of brown mucus yesterday evening again.

@Foreverbaffled thank you. I read some article which says MS should surge at week 8 and 9, which makes me more tensed.

Thank you so much everyone again. I went for an ultrasound and doctor said things are normal. Heartbeat 172 and CRL 19.4. And my nausea and fatigue are back. I am also having shortness of breath. This is a great support group.

Thank you, Ladies!. My nausea only stayed for the next 2/3 days. I am now 9 weeks 2 days. I barely have any symptoms. I think I am scared in particular because of the first loss. Just hoping everything is ok this time. I have my first ob/GYN appointment this Friday.

I know it’s so difficult OP after a loss, my whole successful pregnancy I worried none stop and told myself I’d be fine once I got to each point and then there is something else!
The fact that you saw a nice strong heartbeat on previous scan is a very good sign! And symptoms fluctuate it’s so normal (easier for me to say though)
Statistics for this to be a successful pregnancy at your gestation are very high - just try to outweigh all the negatives with positives! X
