Ohh I’m exactly 5 weeks today. We are all on #2 aren’t we? My first sleeps so well I’m terrified the second won’t be as good. I got really bad pre natal anxiety with my first so trying to keep that in check. Slept for 11 hours last night, it was so needed!

So we're all around the same time that's good!! Xx

@Needallthesleep yes number 2! My first has never slept too well so I'm used to it! That's probably why it's taken so long to want number 2!

My surgery is not offering me a first appointment until I'm 9+6 (by my calculations) does this seem late?

BooMamaBear · 16/02/2020 13:43

A bit but it just has to be done before 10 weeks if your first scan is at 12 weeks it's just coz I have to have a scan at 8 weeks I have to booked in early! Xx

@MissTTC2020 just in case the other tag didn't work.

Hi all,

I’ve not joined any more pregnancy threads. Any good ones??

I’m feeling sick, and tired. A dreamy combination. Just found out a really good friend is due a couple of weeks earlier than me, so exciting! How are you guys feeling?

Hello everyone! Thanks so much for the tags! I didn't realise it was a new group I was getting notifications for! Exciting! I'm 5 weeks tomorrow :) I haven't had ANY symptoms yet!

@BooMamaBear Have you kept testing then since your initial BFPs? I haven't tested since my first two on Sunday and not sure if I should or not? My digital test display has gone now but have my first response by my bed and it makes me smile every time I think about it!

And when is the time to contact doctor? Am I too early?

I haven't joined any other threads but love that we're all pretty similar dates wise!

xxx

Is it insane to get the fear that my pregnancy test was a false positive, or that the baby has disappeared? I’ve just bought two more tests from Sainsbury’s to hopefully put my mind at rest.

Hello! That's why I was asking earlier about keeping testing after initial BFP. I don't have any symptoms and it feels like to long to wait for first scan!!! When will you do the Sains tests?

Hi guys! I'm 5+2 today. Had some spotting yesterday and I'm still feeling down and worried about it. It is really hard waiting for the first appointment, mine is still weeks away. Glad everyone else is doing well. No symptoms at this point is normal. I have some sickness but not bad really, and it comes and goes from day to day. And tiredness and big boobs!!

MissTTC2020 · 20/02/2020 12:11

Hi @professorastrocat Hope you're doing OK 😊I'm 5 weeks today and 1st appointment seems like so far away. I've decided I am going to test once a week until then as no symptoms yet! I'm looking forward to getting bigger boobs!!!

Needallthesleep · 20/02/2020 15:16

With you on feeling that next appointments are so far away. I’ve booked an early pregnancy scan for 7 weeks and an NIPT test at 9 weeks (can you tell how crazy I’m going?!). I did another pregnancy test yesterday and got a strong positive.

@MissTTC2020 -I tested again a week and a day later so the Sunday just gone and my digital went from 2-3 weeks to 3 weeks + - I tested coz firstly I had bad cramps and there was a bit of bleeding and Dr said to test then to check all is well and secondly coz my booking in appointment was the day after! Maybe ring your Dr and see what their policy is regarding when you need to see the midwife they're often booked up quite far in advance so there's no harm in getting an appointment sorted! You need to be booked in before 10 weeks but I always have to be booked in ASAP as I have to have a dating scan at 8 weeks so I'm not sure when you're normally booked in! I was 5+4 when I saw midwife now I'm 6 weeks today!
How everyone feeling my nips are still insanely sore and I'm getting bouts if nausea for a few hours a day at different times! Are you all taking folic acid and vit d my midwife asked me this when I went!! Xx

Ohhh not vitamin d, thanks for the reminder. I remember last time I was pregnant I bought all the pregnacare vitamins and couldn’t take them because they were so big and I felt so sick. So I’m taking the tiny super cheap folic acid.

Does anyone have any preference for sex of your babies? I would secretly love another girl.
