Help for period feeling cramps at 10w2d

Hii, I’ve been having a dull period type cramp pain every so often but it has been more noticeable for the last day or two, it isn’t really painful but I’m aware that it is there and it is a bit uncomfortable.

I used to take ibuprofen before I was pregnant as I find paracetamol doesn’t do much, but I don’t like to take any pain killers now.

Are hot water bottles safe to use to help? I have seen conflicting info and I’m already a little worried by the cramps so I don’t want to make anything worse x

As far as my physio told me, hot water bottles should be used only for the back. She told me that if you put it on your belly or pelvis it can overheat baby and it's not good as baby can't control their heat inside you.

You shouldn’t take ibuprofen or any anti-inflammatory’s whilst pregnant. This can just be your uterus expanding so I would try not to worry too much about it. You can take paracetamol just remember no more than 4g a day with 4 hours in between
