Thank you Smile.

How is everyone feeling? I keep getting waves of nausea if I don't snack regularly, and I get out of breath just climbing the stairs now. Roll on trimester two!

@Disney1010 feeling tired and grumpy but nothing awful today. Heartburn comes and goes. Also had a very weird sex dream involving me and a Big Mac (I was napping this afternoon) ... so have just needed to have a Big Mac for dinner. DF found it hilarious I cheated on him with a Big Mac 😂🙈

Some more tags - please tag anyone you think of too!

@Keyboard91 that's hilarious! I had some really weird ones during my last pregnancy, I'm curious as to what they'll be this time round.

@Disney1010 oh yes I'm counting down the days until after 12 weeks! Xxx

@barnyb same here! However with my DD I had PGP from 17 weeks, leaving me on crutches for the remainder of my pregnancy, and I've been told to expect to get it sooner, and worse, this time round.

@Keyboard91 !!! Crikey ! lol
Iv been having nightmares. The last two nights iv woken up upset and worried. First dream about baby was hurt in my belly. And second I was bleeding really badly. I think it's hormones going wild xxxxx

barnyb · 30/07/2019 20:14

@Disney1010 what does PGP mean!? 😮

Report
Disney1010 · 30/07/2019 20:19

@barnyb it's Pelvic Girdle Pain, similar to SPD. Basically a few weeks before you give birth your body releases a hormone which relaxes your pelvis ready for birth. I was one of the few cases where this is released early, meaning I had nothing supporting my pelvis. So I couldn't walk without crutches and was in a ton of pain from 17 weeks.

@Disney1010 oh my Christ!!! Iv never heard of this before! How awful! So you will have this again? 🤭😵

DaniX91 · 30/07/2019 20:26

Thanks for the tag!
We had our scan this morning and saw littered baby with a strong, rapid heartbeat!
It was being a tinker getting into strange positions but the sonographer did manage to get a pic. So relieved and in love already ❤️.
I'm under no illusions that there's still risks but it's put my mind at ease a lot. I've booked a private scan for 3 weeks time.

Disney1010 · 30/07/2019 20:27

@barnyb almost definitely 😩. I was also one of the lucky few who still gets it randomly even after my DD was born, so if I do too much or twist my body funny it goes again.

Found you all.

I’ve had some bonkers dreams so far. Always very entertained when I wake up in the morning.

@Disney1010 oh bloomin eck!! I hope you don't get it as bad! how awful! And I hope I don't get it either 😵😮
@MunchyMunchkin I think it's deffo the hormones ! I'm fine with that though! Bring on all the hormones ! 👏🤩

My morning sickness really hit me today. Although I have it mild really. Actually threw up today and felt sick for alot of the afternoon.

I look so big though. I don't even know if it's bloating anymore.

I’m feeling really sick ALL the time. Eases a little while I’m eating, but comes back with a vengeance as soon as I’m finished.
I’m 7+3 today. Had a scan yesterday and saw the heartbeat which was very reassuring, and was also relieved to be told that it hasn’t implanted near my section scar.
Really don’t know how much longer I’ll be able to keep the pregnancy secret - with it being the summer hols and all my kids at home, they’re def noticing I’m not my normal self 😬

@ttc19 mine is absolutely awful in the evenings. Normally need to be lying down by 9pm. Sometimes as early as 7. It’s grim.

@cantrip I'm the same. My daughter's only 9 but she keeps asking me if I'm ok cos I'm always tired. And they must notice my stomach isn't as flat as it used to be. I'm roughly same time as well.

I've been having really vivid weird dreams too - luckily not nightmares though. My feeling rotten definitely gets worse through the day - I keep waking up very early and can't get back to sleep but then as soon as I'm home in the evening I just want to curl up and snooze. Tonight I tried to get home early so I could speed cook something for dinner before I went off food completely.

The dreams are quite nice actually as it feels like all I'm doing is working and sleeping - alum my dreams I actually have a life 😂

@Yvonne1988 - my youngest is 9, but I also have 3 older ones ...there’s only so many excuses I can make!!
Am going to try and stretch it out to 9 weeks, then may have to tell them as we’re going away with my parents. My mum will DEFINITELY guess if I’m around her 24/7, and I don’t want the kids to feel that other people knew before them.
Stressful!!

@cantrip my eldest step son is 15 but I don't think he pays enough attention to notice. Iv told my mum and my cousin and my boss. But apart from that won't tell anyone til iv had my scan. No matter how big I look. I'd love to tell my daughter but I live in a small town and all it takes is for her to let slip and the whole place will know

Evening all, thanks for starting the new thread!

I just went to bootcamp and it was boxing circuits (non contact). Which is normally fine but i got paired with someone i dont think i should have under the circumstances, normally would be fine but she hit the pads harder than i would have liked. I feel fine but im not sure I'll go back. The trainer knows I'm pregnant and i dont think he should have put me with her. She didnt know but shes a big girl so a lot of weight behind her so not dead fit but heavy if that makes sense? I dont know if im being paranoid but i dont know if I'm going to risk going back. I think I'll just train on my own so I'm in control. I'm feeling very anxious tonight because of it and paranoid that something might happen with the impact on the pads through my body.
