I haven't been too bad today (first cake-free day in office for a while in stark contrast to rest of week), but wish you hadn't mentioned Toblerone (checks watch to see if can catch the offy.....)

Allow me to make you all feel better, girls:
Yesterday I ate:

Breakfast: Honey nut shreddies topped with bio yoghurt. Toast and marmite

Mid-morning: Small bowl of white rice (??? bizarre craving)

Lunch: Bacon and bean broth and bread roll

Mid-afternoon - Still hungry so Hoummous and grated carrot sandwich

Tea - Mushroom risotto followed by (small!) portion of, ahem, Morrisons The Best Sticky Toffee Trifle

And am only 8+1

Just call me Gillian McKeith

I don't know why, but reading these lists, I really fancy a bacon sandwich, and no one even mentions them!!

Yesterday I had:

A nectarine in the morning with hot ribena
3 crackers
Peach, mango and passionfruit smoothie
tuna mayo baguette for lunch
3 rich tea biscuits (they're suppose to be for the children)
vegetarian shepherd's pie for dinner
bowl of rice pudding
3 glasses of apple juice
A malta (similar to guiness but non-alcoholic)

Oh my goodness. I am going to get fat real fast. The irony being yesterday I felt like I ate healthily. I'm 11 weeks so don't feel guilty RGPargy.

My goodness I eat a hundred times more than any of you - especially you pregnantgrrl - how on earth is that enough to keep you going through the day??!!!

maisym - I seem to remember being told as a teenager (a long long time ago) that leg cramps meant a salt deficiency.

I too have been eating crisps and no leg cramps (not that I was suffering before I started eating crisps - but better to prevent problems I justify)

skiddadle- yesterday it was a rampaging 1yr old that prevented any munching!

today i'm going well i think:

2 strong coffees
Pint of OJ (i was thirsty!)
several glasses water
toasted bagel and some cheddar
bowl of fruit and fibre and skimmed milk
big plate of spicy veg and quorn cous cous

later i am having pizza and salad.

I really fancy some biscuits, but have no money for the shops, which will save my arse getting too big ATM!

Oh no PGPargy, I've just had McDonalds. I was driving home past it and was starving and I suddenly really fancied it. I never have McDonalds any other time. Have I done something awful to my poor child???

lol no chill Sarah!! We all know it's full of crap, but your baby will get its nourishment from you, not the Maccie Dees. It's ok to have one now and then.
