Let's try again (accidently shut page down halfway through the post!)

Well done UKI for starting new thread, have just spent ages catching up to find link to new one - good thinking!

Lissie - congrats!!!! Sending you lots of good vibes THIS BEAN WILL STICK!

Juicylucy - congrats again!

Daisyboo - slow down girl!! No-one expects you to be supermum, you've still got a lot of healing to do.

I've been poorly hence the big catch up, been diagnosed with an inner infection so have been give penicillin. Have gone slightly deaf due to blocked up ears!

I've bought the Summer Infant Prenatal Listening System, I did ask for it to be sent to my workplace but no they sent it to my home address, which means a trip to the sorting office this morning on the other
side of Stockton to pick the darn thing up Will let you know how I get on.

Hope everyone is feeling fit, despite SPD, morning sickness, back ache, lack of sleep, strange dreams, wierd infections etc. Whoever said pregnancy makes you feel wonderful wants shooting

added myself. Glad you had a good nights sleep Daisy. My dd was on 3 hourly feeds for months (cos she was so small and had problems feeding)Tis amazing what passes for a good sleep after that! But a jog?! Good grief woman!

Bouncing T - enjoy yr monitor. I would have loved one of them did intend to get one but the weeks just kind of flew past.

Watched Artic Monkeys on glasto telly coverage last night. Think peanut really liked 'em and was having a little bop in there!

I went to a 'slingmeet' yesterday to try and help me get my head around the different sorts of slings and which one I want to get.
There were lots of little babies there who were just so adoring of their mothers - you should have seen the way they were staring with such love at them. It made me shed a few tears!! It also makes me really look forward to the new born baby stage (despite the fact that I found it truly horrendous last time).

Just got back from seeing Shrek the Third with DH and DSS, very good, but when we got in the car, the heavens opened!! Roads were quickly flooded, thunder and lightening, parked up on the drive, got out the car, and DSS decided to try and get out the wrong door (i.e. the one I wasn't holding open for him!) and it was like standing under a cold shower! Quick dash inside, patio is now under an inch of water . Seems to have eased off now...

Had a really bad night last night - couldn't face going to bed and not sleeping so stayed up really late. Ended up going to bed about 4am, still couldn't sleep. Eventually got to sleep but then woke up every hour for a wee and my hips were really sore! Ended up taking some painkillers at about 9 this morning and having a sleep while dh ran around doing some housework!! Feel a bit better now and can't wait for this evening as my friends have invited me round to theirs so they can pamper me!!

Hello to everybody and love to all!!

xx

Can I make a suggestion? Can we do this list so it's a list of EDDs? That way, we don't have to worry about it getting out of date ... ?

I'll update myself first

Just realised the time (these light evenings always put me out!), have to go cook DD's supper now - hopefully be back later, when more time!

hope everyone is well

BTW Daisy - you're mad!!! Where's the energy come from for a jog?!!

...I settled for cleaning the kitchen worktops and doing the washing up and a load of washing!!

we'll be up to 1,000 posts again soon, i thought it was usually quiet on the weekend.

Purple- after my bumper sleep friday night, I had rubbish one last night too!!!

dh and ds still sick and now at the coughing stage, after being woken every hour i got hungry and restless so had hot choc and read my book for 2 hours. Dh is asleep again and ds is watching bob the builder, i love how even when sick he has loads of energy.
