I’m pretty much at my due date, had no blood prsssure issues or urine issues that I know of as at all my apps they dip my urine and never say anything so I’m guessing it means it’s always fine, my last app was 2 days ago and as far as I know it was all good. This morning I’ve woken up and looked in the mirror and my face is puffy! I told my partner and he agreed. However my hands and feet don’t seam puffy and Iv no other issues..... any ideas?

I don't know, but I think you should get medical advice quickly. So, either 111, midwife, or Dr.

Don't freak out though. My friend was so puffy towards the end!

Some water retention can be normal but it’s definitely worth calling your antenatal day unit (or equivalent) and having a urine dip and blood pressure profile just in case. Don’t call 111, they aren’t set up to give good quality pregnancy advice.

I had some ankle swelling towards end of pregnancy but BP, urine etc were fine. One morning I woke up with a puffy face and when I got checked out my blood pressure had rocketed and I was admitted to hospital.
It stabilised with medication and bedrest and I made it to term but it was definitely a sign of problem for me so I would advise you to get it checked out.

I'd contact the maternity unit ASAP.

I had pre eclampsia but no symptoms. They had said if my face went puffy to phone straight away.

Very common to retain fluid and become puffy towards the end but Worthwhile getting checked out.

Hope you phoned the maternity unit! Swollen face was the sign of worsening pre eclampsia for me... it can just be normal fluid retention but the only way of knowing is to get checked over.

My sister had this in the last few weeks of her pregnancy. She had it checked out and it was nothing to worry about. As others have said, it can be a sign of something worse, so definitely get it checked out! I had my 26-week appointment yesterday and the midwife said that a little swelling in my hands and feet was nothing to worry about in the absence of high blood pressure and protein in my urine, but that I should call in if my face went puffy. Hope everything turns out to be OK!
