Anyone know of any good ones that are pregnancy friendly?! And can be done at home? I have really big boobs and terrified of them going any further south as they get bigger & heavier through pregnancy......
You will get a very slight lift from exercising the pectoral muscles. Also do shoulder rows, front and lateral raises for back and shoulders. This will help improve your posture and avoid round shoulders which make your boobs look droopy.
Genetically there is a long line of big chested women in my family, my sister went up to a double J cup when pregnant and I myself am into a FF now, increased by 2 cup sizes already regardless of the fact I have put on very little elsewhere.
I realise you can't actually tone the boobs as such but the muscles under to help tone & lift even a little! I used to do all these chest exercises in the gym but will need to think how I can go about doing them on the floor in the house 🤔
