Painful first movements

I should clarify I mean my babies and not my bowels!

I'm 17+4 with twins and definitely feeling movement now. However it's nothing like the flutters and pops that I read about/people describe to me. It's more like my stomach starts really burning and I get sharp pains. It's almost constant today and so uncomfortable.

Has anyone else had this? I asked my DM and MIL and they both gave me this face It's definitely not heartburn either before anyone asks. The burning is definitely in my lower stomach.

My baby's first movements triggered uncomfortable bladder spasms and later painful bladder stabbing plus spasms.

The burning feeling has been there for weeks now actually, but is steadily getting worse. It's also combined with insatiable hunger today for added fun. I've already scoffed my entire days food allowance

That doesn't sound at all like typical movement, maybe worth checking out if it's something else.
