Tilted uterus, shin splint?

Hey ladies,

I have from very early pregnancy suffered with at times quite bad shin shooting pains up my right shin. I have never experienced it in my left one. And I used to get it worse when I needed to poop or have gas (sorry tmi)

I did some googling and it says that heavily pregnant ladies are more likely to experience this. And something along the lines that heavily pregnant ladies have more pressure on the spine which can trap a nerves and cause this 'shin splints'

However I'm not heavily pregnant, I went to my 12 week scan about two weeks ago now, but it was quite awkward as that figured out I have a tilted uterus and they couldn't measure baby correctly as we couldn't get a decent picture due to him being quite low so we don't know how far along I am exactly but I'm anything between 12 weeks - 14 weeks

Could me having a tilted uterus be causing pressure on the nerves in my spin and causing me to suffer with shin splints already?

@Hotpinkangel19
Not that I've noticed just seem to shoot up the shin but if I want to walk it's like trying to walk with pins and needles
