OMG!!! The weird dreams!!! I mean I had some random dreams before lol but this was something else last night hahaha. I mean how does my mind even think of those things...

The highlight of the dream was finding out my husband was gay by catching him cheating on me lol and sneaking out with another guy hie hie hie...

Anyone else with weird dreams? :)

@snowy1982 thank you for the advise. And I’m sorry to hear about your struggle - I know people have had it much worse than me which I think me more annoyed at myself for feeling so worried.
I think I’ll just try to distract myself :) booked a day off work Thursday to relax. I’ll Maybe try and find a relaxation / yoga pregnancy class :) x thank you

@CJ1990, everybody’s struggle is hard and no couples is more valid than the next.

Have been thinking about pregnancy yoga myself, but have never done ordinary yoga so don’t know if it’s bad to start it now.

My DH has a boys trip towards end of April to watch the darts (he’s away for 3 days) so I have decided to take a day or two off myself at the same time and book in for a massage and just spoil myself

Hey don't beat yourself up @CJ1990! We all are allowed to our feelings, you can't help how you feel about your own situation regardless of knowing about others. It's personal to you.

Yes some people may have it worse but don't feel you should not be feeling this way or another. I mean with all the hormones it's hard anyways :)

Good on you for booking the day off on Thursday! Make sure you do something relaxing and just for you :)

@CJ1990 We were in exactly the same boat, ttc for 14 months, 2 mc and I’ve also had a hard time accepting that the odds of things being ok are much higher than not at this stage! I found having a private scan done and getting a Harmony test helped me a lot, as a good result narrows down the possibility of something going wrong further! I’ve also found that while telling people is nerve wracking, other people’s happiness/excitement pushes out my anxiety for a while! Thinking 99.9% ok rather than focusing on the .01% not ok has also helped me a lot.

Hello, I'm not pregnant, but I'm going to be a nanny in September 🎉💕 I've joined to voice any worries/gain advice etc rather than voice them to my daughter, as I want her to have a happy, worry free pregnancy 😊 (she has an extensive medical history & some ongoing issues).

I'm not sure if I'm stepping on toes, if I post in here? Xo

Hi @Baby2018 I've signed up for an NCT antenatal class as the nhs don't do them anymore in my area. But I've not become a member. I'm thinking of joining the aqua bump class at the local pool. Will probably try it the first week of the Easter hols.

@Baby2018- we have the same EDD. Are you signed up for the first week of August NCT? I've been researching but haven't booked anything yet.

CJ1990 · 20/03/2018 19:05

Thanks @SeattleKate - nice to know other people are the same :) I had a private scan at 9 weeks tide me over until the 12 week one, but hubby is much calmer than me, and we agreed we wouldn’t have any more. He doesn’t want it to become a thug which I want every week! Which I get. Like you say the chances of something going wrong after 12 weeks is much lower, so holding onto that :) we had our blood test results back for pataus etc and it all looked good!
Telling the wider world after Friday when I’ve heard the heart beat so it’s good to know other people’s excitement helps :) thank you x

@Katjolo When I booked the NCT class they specified the EDD for each particular set of dates. I'm due 11th sept so doing mine in July. It's roughly once a week for four weeks.

@Katjolo fun that we're the same DD! Ive not actually booked anything yet, there are lots of different courses and I wasn't sure which one I was going for or where abouts

Im thinking of doing that too @niclw I like the idea of doing swimming / water stuff but my classes all look like they are mid week when Im at work :(

Anyone still experiencing sickness after 12 weeks, do any of you see a correlation between lack of sleep and sickness. I have been feeling fairly nausea/vomiting free since last week, then had a terrible nights sleep last night (up worrying about stupid re-mortgaging stuff) and have been feeling really nauseous this morning and think vomit is not to far behind
