Crampy and spotting

I’m almost 13 weeks and I had the same issues at almost 9 weeks.
Had an early scan at 9w+2, all fine and dandy.
I can feel flutters each evening.
I’m interested that it is almost 4weeks to the day since this happened before.
Is this what they call break-through bleeding or a phantom period?
Cramps are noticeable but not unbearable. Spotting is minimal.
Given these details, I have no intention of bothering the midwives at this stage.
I’ve done quite a lot of walking today and yesterday too.

No I’m not worried I understand what to do if I am, and it doesn’t involve an Internet forum. I’m asking if anyone has had a similar experience.
