Increasingly stronger tension/ tightening across bump with pressure in my vulva (not vagina) and a period type pain all around my lower back and bottom.
I instinctively have had to lean forward into child's pose on a sofa and breathe deeply.
It doesn't feel like the pressure down wards of labour but it's certainly making me want a paracetamol!
Normal BH?!

Bizarrely now passed and back pain gone too 
My bh weren't painful first time round but I had a section so maybe makes a difference?
