Braxton Hicks or something wrong?

I'm 37 weeks pregnant exactly and for the last few days I've had constant stomach cramps. They are not necessarily painful but just really dull aches that are there in the background, sometimes will disappear for a few hours but always return. I'm not sure if it's practise contractions or not because my bump doesn't go hard and I've had no other signs of labour! Can still feel baby elbowing me and hiccuping. Does anyone know what the cause of this could be??

If your in doubt contact your maternity unit.
But it could be a sign things are happening.

I have had Braxton Hicks since 27 weeks (😩), and my entire bump does intact tighten and goes rock hard.

Maybe if you're getting these feelings and tour while bums not tightening give triage a call and see what they say? After all you are infant full term, baby could arrive any time :) x

I struggle to even know if I'm having BH, my bump will suddenly go hard but I don't know if it's baby sticking her bum out? It's not painful so I just figured I'll wait until it hurts before i class it as anything haha
