Terrible sensations of explosion every evening

basically every day starting from 4-5 pm (and the later the worse) i have this terrible sensation of my belly exploding, stretching from inside, like I’ve eaten 3 elephants. and i literally can't walk more than 10 min, as with every step the feeling of explosion and stretching of the entire belly is becoming more and more uncomfortable, even on empty stomach. This also makes breathing difficult as it feels like everything is so stretched there’s no chance for the body to do natural expansion and contraction for in breath and out breath. I literally can't go out in the evening as with every second standing up the feeling gets worse. Even though the baby is still small, I’m only 24 weeks but it’s been progressing and getting worse for many weeks now . Any word of advise ?

The baby may be small but at 24 weeks when baby is moving around it’s big enough to make you feel like your insides are twisting and rolling around. Is this your first? It can be a very strange feeling when you first experience it

Sounds awful, can't imagine or say I know how it feels, but maybe you should talk to a midwife? At 24 weeks the movements shouldn't be fierce enough to make you feel like this.

Didn’t mean to hit post! - And it definitely sounds like baby is moving around based on the not being able to breathe thing. Try lying on your side and prop up your belly with a cushion, it usually encourages baby to move a bit for me so I can breathe properly again and I’m only 22 weeks atm

BeutusMcDogface if baby is moving like a crazy it could feel like that, baby did it the other day for me and I couldn’t inhale properly! Maybe she just has a very active babalump.
Definitely see a midwife if it’s concerning you though!
