Hello Smile I'm 7 weeks and 4 days today and have had super sore nipples (this and fatigue have been my only symptoms really and just a dull sick feeling all day no actual sickness) and today I've woken up and my boobs feel completely normal and I'm a little worried as I had a loss last year and I'm terrified the same is going to happen and I'm analysing everything. I guess my question is, is it normal? Has anyone had this and gone on to a successful pregnancy? Thanks in advance x

I had this, the first few weeks I felt awful & had no motivation, constantly felt sick, with no sickness, and one morning I woke up feeling myself, I'm now 28 weeks & my baby is a very healthy little man x

Hi jellybean
Not sure if it's any help, but I've also had a lot of symptoms which seemed to have eased... cramping, breast pain, nipples. I'm guessing it comes and goes a lot but will be interested to hear how you get on. I'm 6+2 Thanks

Hey agteacht :) it's nice to have someone going through the same thing (not that it's nice to feel like that but you know what I mean :') ) were yours very strong symptoms? it's so strange isn't it going from feeling pregnant to not so much at all. Just sends you into worry! I have a private scan on Wednesday night at 7:30 so I'll let you know how I get on or if anything comes back or in the mean time. You'll have to let me know if any of yours come back :) x

I know what you mean Smile
They felt pretty strong to me but it's my first pregnancy so it's hard to tell... but pretty constant cramping, soreness/nipples, also very tired. Today I feel perfectly fine!! Weird isn't it??
I'm sure it just changes though.
I think I'm just paranoid because I had a minor argument with my husband last night and now I'm wondering if I over exerted myself Grin
Probably all fine.

What were your symptoms?
Would love to hear how your private scan goes as I have been considering one too. I have my first doctors appointment a week on Friday, I will be 8+1 then so I was thinking that I would make a decision about the early scan once I had seen the doctor. I would like the reassurance of a heartbeat though Star

Yeah I've had pretty strong ones too until today but the sickness has been there all day. It's good that your symptoms have been so strong that's always a good sign :D I hope you and your husband are all patched up after your minor disagreement :') I had one myself with mine today, men ay! Aha.

Pregnancy is so exciting and scary! I would definitely go for a private scan though they're worth the reassurance, I cant wait for my scan just keeping my fingers crossed all is okay! I will definitely update you on my scan and send a picture, I have my midwife appointment Tuesday too! X

If it helps I've always found that my symptoms ebb and flow. I'll feel rubbish for a few days, then better, then rubbish again. I think it's that you get a flood of hormones, they cause sickness etc, you get used to that hormone level so symptoms seem to fade, then you get another batch of hormones and the symptoms are back. No idea if that's grounded in anything scientific (!) but it's happened in all of my pregnancies irrespective of the outcome. Private scan is a good idea though to give you peace of mind x

Thank you welshmammy that's put me at ease a little too. Just always send you into panic doesn't it as I had a loss before so I just panic at every twinge but thank you for your response. Private scans are definitely a good way to ease your anxiousness yeah x

Hi I’m 10+2 and up until a week ago my boobs were so sore and I was constantly exhausted and then just suddenly I started feeling normal again so I’m also terrified something is wrong. I had a private scan when I was 7+5 and all was ok and we saw the heartbeat but I’m just counting down the days till I get my next scan to make sure everything is all ok x

My symptoms disappeared at around 8 weeks and I was so anxious I booked a scan - all was well and they told me it is normal for symptoms to come and go.

I'm nearly 8 weeks and not much in the way of symptoms. I had sore boobs but that disappeared yesterday. Also I had cramps but they seems to be gone. Had constipation and stopped the pregnacare vits and that's fine now too. Not sure what's going on!! To top it off, I found out last weekend that my friend who was also expecting miscarried at 7 weeks. I'm super worried. Also fed up that I can't have a glass of wine and my husband is struggling to understand what my problem is!! Confused

Thank you ladies for your insight. It's nice to know it's not just us :) I feel a lot more at ease now thank you. And first timer I'm so sorry to hear of your friends loss, it's the worst thing to go through but try not to worry yourself (easier said than done I know) my partner is the same, I think because they aren't going through the psychical changes they don't understand, that's how I've come to see it anyway. Book yourself in for a private scan to put your mind at ease :) x

I am in the same boat, 7+3 and symptoms are stronger some days than others. Very worrying. Generally my symptoms are very mild - just tender boobs and a bit of fatigue. Fingers crossed for all of us. I have another thread going called “what are the chances of having another miscarriage?”, which has some good advice on Flowers

I know exactly how you feel. I'm 7+3 today and it's my first pregnancy, in the very early days I felt really sick, had cramping and sore boobs. Now I still have the cramping and feel really tired but no real nausea which has been a worry. I had an early scan at 6 weeks due to pain which thankfully was fine, but it makes it really tempting to have a private scan for reassurance! Hope you feel reassured OP that it must happen to a lot of us.

Hey hopingandprayingthistime, I'll have a look at that thread, ahh at least you have the symptoms there though that's always a good sign! :) I've been feeling really sick all day today again so I'm hoping ice just swapped one for another. I hope your stories get stronger! X

Apart from the odd twinge I feel great today. Hopefully this just means I for whatever reason don't have many symptoms anymore. Going to look on it as a positive for now 👍
