So u may remember a while ago. Under lots of stress due to dps ex being an absolute bell end and he was taking her to court.
Well despite a court order she is fundi other ways of causing massive stress. Using his dd as a weapon. Every fortnight without fail it's something..
This week ots over school holidays. Order states 5 extra nights. Which he believes in court it was agreed 6pm to 6pm collect and return time. She's stating 8om collect ( then his dd be ready for bed. Then after the 5th night return at 8am.. So he would lose the whole day.
So yet again having to now pay out for transcript from. Courts etc. More stress

Each time she starts its days on end of stress. It's waking me up in the night ( when I a sleep but that's a diff story 😂)
It's the first thing I'm thinking of in the morning the last thing at night.
As I'm so angry she's using the poor child as a weapon.. And I know it's going to get worse when baby arrives in 12 weeks. As she's already made remarks.

I Googled stress in pregnancy and says a little is fine but this is masses.

Try not to worry about the effects stress is having. Babies are pretty resilient in there, people have pregnancies and give birth to healthy babies in all sorts of extreme situations.

Maybe contact your mw about some CBT sessions or mindfulness sessions to help relax when you Can? Hot baths, reading a book, just things to take your mind off of it.

I have midwife this week. A new one as my other one was useless and never arrived or late or forgot paperwork / BP kits etc.lol
So hopefully this one will be easier to talk to. Fingers crossed x

Fingers crossed. Perinatal mental health is very important and having someone to talk to makes a big difference
