I am around 5 weeks pregnant and want to start slimming world, not so much to lose the weight but to feel better in myself, also hoping it helps me steer away from having gestational diabetes, feel sluggish at the min and slimming world made me feel great, just wondering if anyone knows the syn allowance and healthy extras you are allowed when pregnant? Thanks x

I believe it is 15syns still but they recommend you use all of these and also 2 healthy extra option A &B a day rather than 1 😊

I was told a few weeks ago that you don't get extra healthy extras any more but yes to using all your 15 syns

How weird! My leaflet said to follow as normal and only increase healthy extras when breast feeding. How odd!!
