Sore dry skin on neck shoulders and back?

I’m 8 weeks pregnant and never had this before but suddenly the skin on my neck shoulders and top of my back is very dry and feels scaly!!! It’s very sore and stingy when I shower. I haven’t changed anyhing in my bath or shower. Can pregnancy cause this? How Can I cure it.? Tried e45 cream and not helped

It sounds like eczema OP...you should see the doctor asap and get some proper, prescription cream.
