What were you like before you went into labour? Any different moods ?
I know hormones are all over the shop in the 3rd trimester so probably that but 34+4 with Twins and have turned into the devil the past 2 days!
So just for fun really! Grin

From what I remember I was exceptionally hot, and weirdly had tonnes of energy but off my meals. Good luck hun

The last few weeks of by twin pregnancy, my DH and I just argued. In hindsight, I can say that I was being very unreasonable. I think when everyone tells you that you are going to give birth any minute, there is a degree of stress that I hadn't experienced with my previous pregnancy. It also didn't help that I felt like a whale and the babies only came out because I had an ELCS and they were big for twins (nearly 7 pounds each.)

Good luck with your the rest of your pregnancy!

Pissed off because it was an extremely hot late August and I was 41+6!

Relaxed both times. Fat chance of that this pregnancy! I’m so highly strung lately, takes somebody just drinking too loudly to set me off :/

Thanks for replying everyone! Ahh looks like I'm just a moody cow then! Haha I am also being very un reasonable lol! I think because I know twins are so prone to coming early I just feel like a ticking time bomb so looking for any little sign!

I was just EXHAUSTED. Even more so than you'd expect at 40weeks!

I remember having diarrhoea all day and the related pains were, now looking back, contractions. I also didnt have the appetite to eat anything. I was out of sorts without really realising what was happening.

Mostly in denial I think. Each time I remember thinking 'Oh, how annoying. It's my due date and now I've got indigestion/tummy pains/diarrhoea... I hope that's gone by the time I go into labour! My, these pains are really getting stronger and closer together... I should take something for that. Don't want to be using up all my energy when I could be having a baby any day now!'

Haha you sound the opposite to me... I've woken up with a headache and now I'm like "ooo is this it" 😂😂 obviously it's not, the girls are both very cosy cuddling up to my ribs at the minute!

Hebe 😂

When DM's waters broke she was on the loo. She thought, "This is a very long wee!" So you're not the only one! 😂

Arf at the 'very long wee'!

Good luck, @dangle90. Do come back and tell us how it went when your girls are here, won't you? Hope the pre-labour anecdotes help you pass the time!
