Normal aches and pains? 32 weeks

I'm 32+4 and really starting to suffer from aches and pains now. Up until this point its been a fairly easy ride.

I've had braxton hicks since about 20 weeks but now they are very strong and I can have them up to 10 times a day. Is this to be expected?

Also my belly button is really bloody sore! It sticks out and gets really sensitive and it almost feels bruised around that area. It even looks blue tinged. This is my baby's prime kicking spot, do you think that could be why? I'm worried its going to be some kind of hernia.

One last thing - my legs really ache today like they do when I have my period. Did anyone else experience this?
