Anyone else suffering from dehydration?

I'm 23 weeks pregnant and have been suffering from the side effects of dehydration for most of this trimester. This is started with dry itchy eyes, and skin. I've gotten that under control with eye drops, almond oil, oat baths and Oilatum, but now I have terribly dry lips.
I always struggle with chapped lips at this time of year but now none of my usual go-to remedies aren't helping at all, and it's driving me insane!
I drink lots of water and herbal tea, and I'm not a big coffee or tea drinker. Anyone got any tips on how I can hydrate better or fix my chapped lips?
Thanks in advance!

I'm trying to eat watery fruit just to increase my water in take as I seem quite bad at drinking water. So things like melon, apple, oranges etc

I sympathise, my skin is dry at the best of times, but pregnancy is a whole new level!

The only stuff that really works for me is L’Occitane pure 100% Shea Butter. It’s really thick without being greasy and probably the only stuff I can use on my skin that doesn’t cause a flare up.

It does cost a small fortune but I couldn’t be without it!

Carmex! My third viable pregnancy and third time I’ve had to turn to carmex. You can get it from Tesco etc, it’s inexpensive and the best thing I’ve found for lips

4-5 pints of water, 1 pint of milk, lots of fruit and still dehydrated. Pass.
