How can i get rid of pregnancy rage?

Without either killing someone or giving birth (i'm only 14 weeks)?

I've been in such a bad mood all day. Like full on murderous rage for absolutely no reason.

All I want to do, and have mostly done, is hide and consider having a cry. Crying seems like too much effort.

I can't be the only one? How do you manage it without losing it??

Based on what others are saying the only way to get rid of it is by giving birth... I had rage for non matching cutlery the other day. I’m 34 weeks!

PS sometimes crying does actually help!

batman I'm with you. I veer between livid for the smallest reason to sobbing my heart out. I'm also now really paranoid and feel like everyone hates me/read into everything too much. Pregnancy doesn't agree with me!

My husband jokes that this is why pregnant women used to go into “confinement”. I’m 39+3 and not safe in public any more. Grin

I had awful rage when I was pregnant. I had to delete all of my social media because the silly posts from people I don't really like that I would normally laugh at behind my phone then move on I was getting genuinely angry at. So angry I started leave the occasional passive aggressive comment...Blush

I apologised after I realised what a crazy hormonal rage I'd been in for months on end. It was pretty embarrassing and I think some people have a bad impression of me now.

Next pregnancy will definatĺey be keeping my mouth firmly shut!

This is 110% me today. I am furious hahaha
A few little things and I just can’t even cope with it. About to leave work 7pm and my partner tells me I might not want to rush as his friend is there (this wasn’t the issue) ... and his friends fiancé had invited herself (long story short but due to her rude ways and things she has said to/about us in the past she’s not the nicest person) I literally did not know what to do, my mum and dad are on holiday so I went straight to their house to check the post etc and hung around for a while no food in and terribly cold as the heating wasn’t on so I eventually left, about the pull in the drive and his friend has c*nt parked his stupid car diagonally bang in the middle of the drive?! All three cars are in a row and he’s just parked like an idiot completely blocking my space... get to the door I’m locked out because there’s a key the other side!!! Stood out in the cold... get upstairs trip over and stub my toe on DP giant speaker 😭
The ‘quick pint’ his friend came for has now turned into more pints and a takeaway with me hiding out in the bedroom wishing everyone would just leave and let us be!!!! This is all pre scans and literally found out we are expecting last weekend!!! No one knows and I’m going mad Hahahha!

So if you find out @nernernernerBATMAN please let me know.

One lonely pregnant lady hiding away xx

Grin Brio it certainly is tempting!

Thanks for sharing your stories ladies, it's good to know I'm not alone in my murderous rage!

I had a two hour nap and it helped a lot!

Babybear I'd have definitely murdered them by now Flowers

Have a good cry it might make you feel better. You’re pregnant so even if it’s over something stupid at least you have an excuse!

Buy a big bean bag and kick it and punch it! Or scream into it maybe? I’d tell you to meditate or something calming that but if you’re anything like me that will just make angrier!

I am there with you as well. On the train on the way home from seeing friends and can't bear the loud drunk people in the same carriage. I hate them all.

Also the lady earlier whose coat was on my seat. I could have killed her.

Definitely on my way to a good cry.
