First trimester stress

Anyone else feeling so worried about miscarriage during the first tri? I'm literally driving myself insane. With my first I was so sick there was no doubt in my mind I was pregnant, but this time I'm getting hardly any symptoms I'm paranoid! I'm only 6 weeks and 4 days, but apart from feeling hungry, occasional sore boobs, I have no symptoms. I know it's early days, but I think because I know what it's like to be heavily pregnant this time I feel like a fraud!!

It’s like you have read my mind lol... I’m constantly in a state of anxiety at the moment. This is my second pregnancy, first ended in a mmc so I’m constantly freaking out thinking I’ve lost all my symptoms like before.

I feel slightly nauseous in the morning but only slightly, my boobs are veiny but don’t really hurt Confused I’m almost 7w and feel I should just feel more pregnant than what I do.

My mum never suffered sickness in pregnancy so I’m hoping I’m lucky and I just take after her 🙏

I was given some good advise the other day that might help you... I was told every baby is different and therefore every pregnancy is different.

Hope all turns out well for you, just know your not alone with feeling this way! Flowers

Try not to stress - stress isn't good! Try your best to relax and occupy yourself with being busy seeing friends or anything that will take your mind off it. It's early days as you say. Take it easy if you can. And I do hear that every pregnancy is different. Good luck with it all X

Yep! I’m around 8 weeks and have been on edge constantly since I found out.
I’m not normally anxious but I’ve been Googling everything and have convinced myself that something’s going to go wrong.
Like you, I don’t really have any symptoms apart from slightly sensitive boobs!
I almost wish I was throwing up which I know is ridiculous!

I've had 6 m/cs that all happened in the first trimester, so I can never relax until i get safely into the 2nd trimester. it's like I don't dare let myself really believe I'm pregnant until it gets safely past 13 weeks (the latest I've ever m/c has been at 12 weeks). I just spend the whole time assuming I'll m/c again whilst doing all the right things for a healthy pregnancy on the off chance that I don't m/c. I've had three that went full term, but until this current one gets to 13 weeks I just don't dare let myself look forward to the idea of having another baby.
