Faint positive or evap line?

Hi everyone
This morning I took a clear blue test and I thought it read negative so I chucked it in the bin.. A few hours later while emptying the bin I looked at it again out of curiosity and it had a very faint line. Could this just be an evaporation line, or could it be a faint positive? Will test again in a few days but just want to know what you all think! If I am, I will only have just conceived over a week ago!

I would say, definitely re test tomorrow but, same thing happened to me for my now 3 year old son. Negative, threw it in the bin and then 35 mins later, positive. Fingers crossed for you!

I think I'm seeing a faint line which indicates you are more likely positive. Congratulations! You might also wanna check an article I've read before, and gain some helpful insights about how pregnancy tests work.

Take a FRER to know for sure x flowers

Although that last one looks flooded x

Yes get a pink dye test such as a FRER. Much less chance of an evap. Good luck!

I would be a little dubious as the line is meant to appear within minutes not hours. Get a first response and try again xx

OP try with a red dye test-a FRER or a Poundland/Superdrug early test. Those blues are horrible for nasty Evaps....

I don't know why anyone wastes their money on blue dye tests from clear blue. They're awful. The first response tests are a similar price and they're much easier to read

Had a confirmed misscarrage 3 weeks ago 3 pregnancy test all negative within 2 days of it.done a clear blue the 1 with the plus cross witch had a very faint positive this afternoon then around an hour ago did the clear blue digital with date calculator on and it came up not pregnant does anybody think it's less sensitive than the other 1 or to early or the other was wrong? I read the result with in the time stated on both

Take another one but do it first thing in the morning. A line should appear Within 3 minutes not hours later.
