Pain Medication early pregnancy?

Hello,

I’ve found out that I’m pregnant recently, only 4+2 so very early. I burned/scaled myself with hot wax yesterday, in my bikini area.... 😱 my husband went and got me acriflex 0.25 w/w cream which says to consult gp or pharmacist before using in pregnancy, of course he forgot to ask. Some websites say don’t use when TTC or pregnant, others say no harm known so I’m careful.
I’m also an ibuprofen kind of person, really struggling to get other pain relief working for me. I know I can’t take ibuprofen, paracetamol however should be ok? I feel guilty taking anything but I’m about to go to work and can’t sit in the office with ice in my crotch. Any other suggestions to relief pain from burns?
Thank you!

I would go to your gp for creams etc but you are safe to take paracetamol

Thanks @Oldschool41

Didn’t manage to go before work as I don’t have a working car at the moment...

You can always ring and ask for a doctor call back and they could leave you something out 😀

@Oldschool41 yes I think I already have a pregnancy brain.... sent the husband via the pharmacy and my work with some pure aloe Vera gel and it helps sooooo much!
