I've weighed myself today (21+2) and I've put on 1st 4lb since booking at 8 weeks. Just curious how this compares to everyone else? I know the weight goes on quicker towards the end, just wondering how I'm fairing so far lol

I can't accurately say as I lost 2.5 during the first 12 weeks due to Hyperemesis BUT from the day of my 12 week scan (so 12+4) until about now (36+1) I've regained 25lbs. But I stayed at 15stone 1 for about 11 weeks so I have no idea 😂😂😂

I have to add that my booking weight is only a few pounds behind what I am now. So in that respect I'm doing brilliantly

I am 31 weeks weeks tomorrow and have gained 1 stone 11 lbs. My bump is massive and my breasts have grown several cup sizes, the weight hasn't gone anywhere else so far (can still pull jeans up etc just not do them up!) but my cellulite...that's another story hahah but husband is kindly pretending he can't see it!

I weighed myself on Friday and I've put on almost a stone, I'm 28 weeks. I was horrified to be honest but everyone says thats not bad going.

I’m 27+5 and I’ve only gained about 5lbs since I found out I was pregnant (which was at about 7 weeks).

I will say I lost a good bit of weight during the first 14 weeks thanks to nausea and appetite loss, so I have put some back on to get back to where I was. also I’ve had a nasty bout of Norovirus this week means I’ve actually lost 2lb since last Monday. And at my booking in appointment I was considered high bmi (over 30), so I guess I could stand to lose a bit.

Whenever I mention the lack of weight gain to my midwife she’s not worried, so I’m trying not to worry about it either!

I am 31 weeks and when I got pregnant I was 8 stone 2 lbs and now I am 9 stone 5lbs.
I feel huge some days and normal others. Hoping the weight will fall off after the birth

I’m 29 weeks pregnant and have put on 1.5 stone. I was a size 12 when I got pregnant. I feel fine, it’s pretty obvious where the weight has gone. I look pretty much the same from behind then I turn round and it’s boobs and bump. Boobs went from a 32dd to a 32gg. And more cellulite! I have been pretty relaxed about eating - was following a slow carb high fat diet before becoming pregnant but that went out of the window in the first trimester. I do pregnancy yoga once a week and walk a lot. I’ve been lucky so far with a fairly easy time. Different women gain differently, I really think it’s very individual. At 23 weeks I had gained just over a stone, I’ve gained another 6lb since then. I expect I’ll end up gaining 2 stone but I’m feeling fairly relaxed about it. I quite like the pregnant look, although bump is starting to get in the way somewhat...

Baby was perfect size on my 20 week scan so I'm not worried about growth etc but just wondering if I'm pigging out too much! One thing i have kept saying is that I need to do some exercise, I've intended on swimming but yet to happen haha. But yeah you're right, boobs and bump have a lot to account for! Lets hope it all comes off swiftly after birth (although the boobs are welcome to stay!)

I’m 25(+1) and have put on 1 stone & 4 lb aswell.

I was 8 stone 4 at beginning of pregnant at 4 weeks. An now am 9 stone 8lbs. But my
Originally weight was technically slightly under weight anyway so think I was expected to gain some storage fat as I really didn’t have any.

I think I’m about on target an not worrying about it too much as seems within normal range.

Sounds like yours is fine. Some weeks will see 2lb go on an then go 2-3 weeks with no gain so can be a bit random.

Everyone is so different. I don't gain much in pregnancy and I don't make big babies (first was 6lbs 9oz). I gained 18lbs by the time my first was born, which was pretty spot on for my weight (BMI of 28 when I got pregnant). I'm 24 weeks now and have gained about 10lbs. I'm not someone who eats loads in pregnancy, in fact, I struggle to have an appetite a lot of the time, so it would be a stretch to put on weight much faster than I do.
