Has anyone ordered from patpat.com

Has anyone ordered successfully from this site?

Their clothes look so cute online but I ordered a few baby items over 3 months ago, and after chasing continuously they said order had been shipped. A month ago I chased status of order and they said shipping had been delayed. I said I wanted compensation as it was getting ridiculous and I think they have now cancelled my entire order :-/

Starting to wonder if the whole website is a scam so wanted to know if others have had a different experience?

I just looked on trust pilot website and it has a "poor" trust rating :(

Don’t buy from Patpat! I ordered some baby clothes from there and they took ages to arrive and are terrible quality. Cheap zippers and synthetic fabric 😤

My friend bought from this company. They never sent the items, she never got her money back. Do not buy from them.

Hi guys, slightly different experience here - I got my items very quickly and, although not amazing quality, they were cheap and cheerful. Hope you get your items/refund soon!

Aw no ! I really like their clothes :(

Thanks for the headsup

I have! They are what you'd expect but they are made fine and take ages to come! For summer stuff or cute 'around the house' onsies they are great. Just don't buy anything wintery which you'd rely on being warm. They are from China and cost around £12 an item so.....fairly cheap and cheerful!

I ordered 5 outfits. Worked out about 10 quid each which appeared to be good value. They took about a month to arrive but the quality was poor. 2 items were very thin and undersized. One was ok quality and undersized. And 2 were better quality but again no better than market tat and were huuuuuuuge, although they all look cute. I ordered one size up from baby but none fit Confused

I ordered 5 baby outfits on 24th May, they were delivered on 5th June. So didn't take a massive amount of time to come. They are cheap and cheerful. One was slightly under sized however overall a good purchase.

Please don't order from this company. Their items are fake, counterfeit, and breach copyright law.
I am designer of a small UK children clothing brand. They have taken one of my designs, and used pictures of my daughter to sell it.
The say they use third parties goods, however they are ultimately responsible for this.
Be warned.

Thanks for the heads up! I've been eyeing up so much stuff on this sight!
@wildthingsdresses I was gonna ask what's the link to your website, but I'm guessing maybe a hint in your username?

I’ve ordered items from there and I was really disappointed. They look cute but are poor quality and weird sizing. The ones I ordered also had the label on the outside and it wasn’t possible to cut it off or unpick it - it was very odd!

Don't bother!! It's the worst baby clothing purchase I made and little never wore it!

Company is based in US which is why takes so long to arrive but clothes are made in China! Stitching was shocking and material all plastic. Bad bad!

Don't waste your money

I find it interesting that two of the very few positive reviews (Hey Jupiter and Weez 83) both describe the clothes as “cheap and cheerful” which makes me wonder if they’re reading from a script. Just sayin’

Worst experience ever! Don’t buy from PatPat! Purchased a dress, it kept getting delayed, eventually tracking showed “delivered,” but no package ever came. No one responded back to my emails, so of course no refund. RUDE.

So glad I’ve seen this. Patpat keeps coming up in sponsored links on social media and there are lots of things I’ve been tempted to buy!! I certainly won’t be looking again.

This company must be a total scam. I found some very cute girls dresses on their website that somehow looked familiar. The day after ordering them I realised that they were full copies of a British brand/designer, Boden! Not just similar, but fully copied. I emailed customer services straight away to cancel my order, but haven't got a reply in 9 days. My money has been taken off my account... I have requested refund, no response. I tried to call, no answer and got cut off after 6 minutes with the automated service saying that I can't leave a message.
When I checked my bank account, I realised that they charged me in USD, for which my bank charged me an extra fee. On their UK website prices are in GDB and there is no indication that you would be charged in USD - I don't think this is legal. Needless to say that I haven't even received the products, but what I want is my money back!

Don't buy from them, cheap rubbish. Plus one dress i ordered was requested as aged 7-8, has no size label attached but would not fit a three year old and they are flatly refusing to send the correct size and insist it's correct (despite no size label!).

I almost fell off my chair when I opened up 1 of my 11 packages of Family PJ's and found that the cheap felt Christmas stocking was covering an iron on of a BEER MUG and attached by velcro ! There are almost no words to explain this... other than it is the tackiest excuse for any article of clothing I've ever seen. I can just see it now... "Grammy, why is there beer on my pj's?" I have emailed this company 5 times and was on hold for 15 minutes before the recording said to leave a message for call back. THEN it says the mailbox is full and cannot accept any more messages. There goes $100 -- out the window. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
