Pregnancy

Third trimester, nausea, lightheaded, headaches

33 weeks with second baby.

Had on and off lightheadedness all pregnancy, slightly anaemic. This morning I woke up 4am to go to the loo, very lightheaded, had to hold on to things walking to the loo. Assumed it was just because I’d got up too quick maybe / needed something to eat.

Lightheadedness has continued this morning, food/water/sugary tea have done nothing for it.

Had a headache since Wednesday evening. Certainly not severe for me, but I’m a migraine sufferer, so a headache isn’t really severe compared to what my migraines are like!

Been sick this morning too (have felt nauseous over the past week, but not been sick until this AM)

Does this warrant a call to my MW, or is it just another 3rd trimester thing. I don’t remember feeling like this with DS1, but that was almost 3 years ago... pregnancy does funny things to the brain!

Definitely call your midwife, they will be able to give better advice than here.

Yes ring the Midwife and get checked. Could be blood pressure but best thing to do is be monitored and checked out.
