For the past few days, I've been suffering with the extreme need for food in the middle of the night! If i get too hungry, I end up throwing up!

I'm looking for ideas on quick and easy ways to fill me up! Do any of you swear by any snacks or recipes?
What helps you curb the hunger pangs?

Cereal here too! Can easily get back to sleep afterwards as not too heavy.

Cereal or jam sandwiches. Occasionally I'll go for chocolate and crisps but it really depends what sort if hunhwr it is for me.

I have two slices of toast with marmite at around 10pm just before I crash out.

It stops me feeling sick with hunger in the morning which I had quite badly from week 30-34.

Dunno what week you are but in third trimester baby is growing at a rate of knots so get chomping! Xx

Bowl of bran flakes around 10pm or later. Little bit of sugar on them.

Still straved when I wake in the morning but it sees me through the night!

I read that you should try eating bland salty snacks on a regular basis so I started keeping a little bag of popcorn by my bed and it really works.

It's 1am and I've just finished a bowl of cheerios and I'm still hungry lol! This baby is gonna be huge!

I've just sat down to a bowl of cereal. Can't sleep because I nape earlier, can't sleep because I'm hungry... hopefully a full stomach will help send me off
