I can see a very thin blue tinged one but I'm also going crazy with worry too so could I have opinions? Thanks. Came up straight away, my wee imaginary line.

I think I can see one on the test on the right.

Was this evening wee? If so I would test again tomorrow or the day after first thing in the morning.

It was evening wee, I'm basically late for my period and have had really sore boobs for about a week now.

I have the mirena coil so I didn't think I could be but it runs out in November and I've been having regular periods since January. The doctor sent me for an ultrasound last month and the coil is where it should be, they couldn't find the strings to remove it so I am due to go back next month to have it replaced.

I'm really worried I might be pregnant and that Tiny line that I'm sure I can see but also don't want to see means a very early positive.

I'm sorry if it isn't what you want to hear, but there is definitely a line. It is very faint though, so depending how far past your period due date you are, it could be chemical/very early miscarriage?

I'm not entirely sure how far past my period is as although I know I get it monthly, I haven't been tracking exactly the days. I know my period last month was between the 20th to 30th of august, but not sure which day.

I thought I was seeing things or it was an evap as it's so thin. But my DS pregnancy test was almost identical and it took another week to get a stronger one.

Oh hell.

I think that could definitely be an evap. Don't panic until you have tried a frer.

Good luck

I have a frer for the morning, this was just a cheap Tesco test that I grabbed on the way home as I just felt so nauseous but I also have Gilbert's syndrome which can cause nausea too. I am terrified, I've been trying to get them to replace my coil since Jan as my periods were back and I was so worried it wasn't working right but they insisted it was fine. I hope they are right and this is just an evap.

I will say, as much as I wish it wasn't the case, it came up as soon as the urine passed over it. This isn't a test that was sat around for a whole. Can you get an evap straight away?

The problem that I have too, is that to my terrified eye, the line is definitely blue, not grey. I didn't think evaps had colour. I need to stop torturing myself and wait until morning. Panicking for what's likely to be nothing.

I brightened it so it shows more clearly. Least I know it's a line of some sort.

Hey OP i had a line on a tesco test like that and it was nothing... if the line isn't as thick as the control line i wouldn't take that as a positive

OnlyGodKnowsWhy · 25/09/2017 20:56

Thanks confused, I hope it's just a diff test

Dont think so. My line was very clear and as thick as the test line. Chances of you getting pregnant with a mirena coil are virtually nil too!

That's my thoughts too kimmy, however a quick google and it doesn't seem so impossible. Step away from the google.

I have had 4DC hence the mirena and I've always had faint lines initially but that was due to testing far too early. My ds1 his was a clear blue and it was pencil thin, as in drawn with a sharpened pencil thin. Then I bled for three days and thought, oh, not pregnant. Still felt off and because it was only three days instead of my usual 5, did another test and line was still pencil thin but the blue spread a little more. Another two days and a full faint line. He's now 8 and that's why this line worries me so much, plus the fact my coil is at the end of its coil life.

Complete negative on FRER. So I can write this off as evap then?

I hope you got the result you wanted.

Little update on this, at two weeks late for period, three days ago I had a couple of hours of a tiny bleed (on wiping) and nothing since. My periods have got heavier and heavier since the start of the year so I am most confused. Think I may go to the doctors if there is nothing in the next few days.

Hi Sned.

Might be worth posting your own thread with your photo as otherwise people may automatically start replying to the original post on this thread not realising you've asked a question further down.

When you do, if you're on a mobile you click on the paper clip picture below the text box (that's what it's like for me on my phone anyway) and select the file.

Hope that helps.
