Is it possible to speak to consultant before ttc

Okay this seems silly, but I would like to speak to a consultant before ttc again, I need to have a c section. But I'm prone to bleeding during pregnancy, needing blood transfusions, mri scans, two daily blood thinning injections, I just want to know if it's safe for me to ttc. Is this possible?
