Yes! I've had this exactly as you describe. In one place just to the left of my belly button, sort of like a breathing movement though. Up and down movement that is definitely not hiccups.
My baby is breech and I'm thinking maybe she's sucking.
I'm 36 weeks and this started around 34 weeks, the sucking reflex starts around 34 weeks for babies born preemie so could coincide with that theory.

Is it the placenta? Mine is right next to my belly button so I can often feel the pulse of it there and occasionally see it. I also get the occasional ripple that's definitely not the baby moving coz when he moves it doesn't half hurt so I'm assuming its the uterus itself doing some strange things.
But then, the whole of the pregnancy progress has been an odd one for me. Don't think I'll ever get used to it...

I had a sccan yesterday and from
Where the movement was i am
Giessing is his tummy . I have no idea where the placenta is i just know is up and out of the way ! I spend this whole pregnancy worrying about every little thing its so exhausting
I dont think is thumb sucking as the head is lower than that

They do weird stuff in there. Last week (31 weeks) mine did the same repetitive movement nearly 50 times in the space of a few minutes, not hiccups, more like just monotonous tapping Confused Who knows what theyre at!

It sounds like you're describing your pulse in your stomach. This is caused by your aorta and is quite normal for some people (I can regularly see and feel mine and it happened throughout pregnancy too) but it's definitely worth mentioning to your MW if it's new for you.
