Bfp!! So confused

Hi, Ive been having pain around near my ovary area for a few days(started 8 days before my period)! Not due my period for 3 to 4 days. I did a test in friday as dont usally have pain until im actually on! Anyway it came back with a very faint positive which me and my partner arw really happy about. Ive done another 3 test and have all come back positive too. The reason im confused is if i am actually pregnant i will obly be 3 weeks 3days surely thats too early to show a positive result? This will be my second pregancy we have a child already i really dont want to get my hopes up. Has anyone else found out and 3 weeks on gone on to have a healthy successful pregancy? Also when shall i book a docs appointment ASAP or once ive missed my period(if pregnant) its so new to me as with my first i didnt find out till around 6 weeks x
