I'm 39+3 and so fed up with waiting to go into labour! I'm over analysing everything and thinking every little twinge could be it!

Anyone wanna join my gang?

I'll be in your gang! I'm 36+4 and just had enough! Baby is so low it feels like she will fall out or waters are going to pop! Last bloods etc and scan tomorrow and then more waiting.....it's my second child and I'm starting to get the fear of labour!

This is my third, but the other two are teens now. This is the furthest pregnant I've been as had dd at 37 weeks and ds at 38 so not had 'the wait' before. I'm not the most patient at the best of times.

Do you have everything ready? Name picked out? We still haven't decided yet, but have onown it's a boy since 20 weeks 😂

Had my first at 38 weeks, I can't imagine going to even 40-42 weeks eek! I'm struggling now 😢

Yes everything is ready and pretty much decided on the name. Are you ready for the arrival? There are lots of gorgeous boys names. We have really struggled with this one - girl.

I'm now on maternity leave but always find something to do then regret it and wish I had just relaxed instead as I am knackered. Def need to slow down. How you coping? You in the uk and has the weather been warm where you are?

Please can I join? I'm only 36 +1 but just feeling mehhhh. On one hand I still have lots to do before baby comes and don't even finish work until next week, but on the other I am just so ready to not be pregnant anymore... Woke up this morning just feeling exhausted and don't know how I'm going to keep going for another potential 4-6 weeks Confused

This is my second baby, first came at 41 weeks so I'm fairly resigned to the fact that I'll be in this for the long haul... Hope you guys are feeling a bit more positive/energised than me this morning. Already maxed out my caffeine intake for the day Blush

Good morning all, I hope you are all feeling ok this morning! Just back from bloods, strep test etc at hospital and now recovering from the exertion on the sofa awaiting to see my gyn/of this afternoon to see what's next. Phoenixblaze I know how you feel! Coffee restarts my nausea so I can't even have a little pick me up cup. I hope we all don't have too long to wait to meet out babies

I'm in sunny South Wales! It's not too bad weather wise but I'm not really going out much - have been in my pyjamas nearly all week.

Does anyone else really hate their dp at the moment? He's doing my head in. He's off work until Monday and we keep bickering all the time. The kids are on half term as well - it's like the universe is conspiring against me. All I want to do is eat and sleep!

We are in Scotland, Glasgow & the weather is much cooler but grey today.

People in general are annoying me .. DP is at the moment bareable although Ex husband is bringing our son home from holiday today and just announced he needs a 5 minute chat - hopefully it's to discuss the divorce I've been begging for!

Are we all organised for our arrivals? What are our dates I'm 2/7 xx

I'm due on Sunday and I think I have everything but I'm not sure. Waiting for baby monitors to be delivered and that's all (I hope)

Dd and ds were both winter babies so have struggled a bit knowing what to buy - almost bought a snowsuit before my mum told me I was being ridiculous!

39+3 here as well. I've taken scissors to make my maternity jeans into shorts in an attempt to be a bit more comfortable.

DH is taking our LO to the park in a bit so I can have some peace and quiet. I've got a bag of ice and litres of Lidl peach iced tea to keep me company.

No real niggles or pre labour signs yet... this baby's far too comfortable!

Currently trying to entertain my toddler in this heat!

Wales, how lovely! User there is so many lovely Welsh baby names. Hope your monitors arrive soon. I'm just waiting on the changing mat, ordered from amazon over a month ago and still not here, would have been easier nipping out to shops.

Yes temper is a little short with DH and DS this week. I shouldn't complain as hubby is brilliant even though he did say 'I only have to be there your the one to give birth!!' Haha I know he's super stressed as I had to go in and sort his office this week and finish accounts. 🤔 I'm abroad and 36 degrees today, currently hiding and have no idea what I'm going to dress my baby in when she's born, might just be a nappy.

Good luck to all you ladies, some of you really have not long to go. 🙂

36+5 here and very ready to have this baby. Had weird pressurey low backache and been very grumpy today, so half convinced myself something was happening but it probably isn't.

Can I join your gang? I'm 41 weeks today, had a sweep yesterday but it didn't even cause any niggles.

I have an induction booked for 8 June when I will be two weeks over. It just seems a long time to go over and it's making me nervous.

I'm in the north west and have one DS who is 4yo. I was induced with him at 41+3 with reduced movements, so I think that's making me nervous.

I'm so hot and uncomfortable and have no energy. I'm so ready to have this baby but can't be bothered with the long walks, housework etc to try and encourage it out!

I can't be bothered with anything except for lying on the settee watching tv and stuffing my face.
Belly feels softer today, was 2/5 palpable on Tuesday so more than halfway engaged but today my cervix feels really sore and I'm getting fanny daggers every time he moves - he's either engaging further or going to come out with horns 😂

It's really weird, I feel like I've gone full circle. At the start I was knicker checking all day for any bleeding, but now I'm knicker checking waiting for a bloody show.

Does anyone have the 'Fear'? It's really set in now! Saw my doc this afternoon and will have to start herapin injections 😢 Also baby is measuring small so got another scan next week. I can not wait until it's all over and I can have baby snuggles 😭

When I first fell pregnant I had terrible anxiety about something happening to me in labour, addressed it a few times with the midwife etc but nothing came of it and I've kind of thrown myself into getting organised. Now the days are looming I'm dreading it. Just have a terrible fear and with the anxiety I already suffer if I want to make something real in my head - I will Confused!!

Been feeling so sicky today but no BH after days of severe ones. I'm apparently 2/5 engaged and really just want this all over now x

IStoleThisUsername · 02/06/2017 11:44

Yes! Was so relieved the heartburn had gone only for it to be replaced with first trimester nausea and sore boobs.

@IStoleThisUsername exactly what I'm at, was in my glory being able to eat 5 pickles out the chip shop the other night ; heartburn seems to be gone! But the nausea is ruining me. I've started EPO today, mixed reviews but I'm very ready to meet my baby!
