I know some people think they feel the baby move from 14 weeks but I don't see how it's possible. 1.5 ounces It's basically the size of a slug.
From head to bottom, he measures 3 1/2 inches and he weighs 1 1/2 ounces. His body's growing faster than his head, which now sits upon a more distinct neck. By the end of this week, his arms will have grown to a length that's in proportion to the rest of his body.
Of course it's possible to feel it. Obviously you're not going to be feeling distinct kicks but if you can feel gas moving around your digestive system why wouldn't you be able to feel a little tiny person wriggling around. Your placenta must be in just the right place to feel such movement so early xx
You can definitely feel it that early. As catherine says, if you can feel gas you can certainly feel a foetus doing somersaults; which you would see them do if you've had the 12 week scan! Both my DC's were doing acrobats and somersaults during the 12 week scan!
