MOMO twin pregnancy, anyone?

7 weeks 6 days pregnant, first early scan done yesterday due to some faint bleeds, two same sized tiny heart beats in there, was thrilled to pieces not knowing anything about different types of twin pregnancies...
Read the report written for me to give to my Dr and MW and it reads that 'suggested monochorionic monoamniotic pregnancy' 'to be reviewed'.
Absolutely petrified having been online and researching MOMO twin pregnancies.
I'm aware a membrane to indicate separate sacs may be found at a later date still as may just be too faint to see at the moment?
But if not, does anyone have any positive MOMO twin advice/stories to make me feel a little less stressed/negative? sad sad sad

There's also some twin Facebook groups (I'm on Britains parents of twins) which are generally more active than the mumsnet multiples page. I'm afraid I haven't got any advice as mine were dcda, but I hope they find a membrane x

Don't assume your diagnosis is correct till you've been seen by a specialist and reached at least 12 weeks - MOMO twins are really rare. Even if it is confirmed, survival rates these days are much higher than they used to be, around 90%.

I really hope they find a membrane at your next scan, but don't panic if they don't, you'll be very closely monitored under the care of highly trained specialist doctors. flowers
