Boots give you 10 points back per £1 you spend on baby items, they send you vouchers and apparently give you freebies but I haven't had any yet. They all seem to offer vouchers and tips, I'll keep checking my emails and see if anything else gets sent through!

Just come across this one. Worth a try I suppose xx

Ooh I'll have a look! It's nice to be able to get freebies to see what we like best befofe buying the actual thing and I'm sure some of the vouchers will help a bit!

ColourfulOrangex Wed 17-May-17 20:40:23

Tesco is the best place to pick up your bounty pack as you get a free packet of newborn nappies smile

MSH2010 Wed 17-May-17 22:30:32

I've just signed up for an Aldi baby sample

whoateallthejaffacakes Wed 17-May-17 22:38:11

set up an email address specifically for this purpose or you'll be bombarded with all the junk of the day - especially Bounty related

Jessiecat27 Wed 17-May-17 22:45:25

whoateallthejaffacakes oh that's good advice, I'd never thought of that!

ethelfleda Thu 18-May-17 07:38:49

ColourfulOrangex Thu 18-May-17 07:49:09

@confusedat23 you can download the bounty packs on your phone

Jessiecat27 Thu 18-May-17 07:53:03

@confusedat23 I've just downloaded the app as apparently you can get an extra one with the app? Going to ask around and see which stores have them in as I assume it's only the bigger ones, never seen the box before!

Ratbagratty Thu 18-May-17 07:56:36

Pampers, free samples and vouchers.

confusedat23 Thu 18-May-17 08:25:43

Hey Jessie I have not found any shop that stocks the starter pack, but I wanted the folder and everything that the midwives carry!

I'll have to get a seprate one as my notes are getting wrecked in my bag lol

ew1990 Thu 18-May-17 08:42:41

On my bounty app it says boots stock the boxes, I might pick one up today if I go into town xx

Bubbasmama2017 Thu 18-May-17 08:50:28

@confusedat23 same here, been to 4 boots stores and they all say they haven't had them in since November or at all. and those were big stores! Let us know if you find somewhere that does them, or can I get from another shop? I love a freebie so I'm determined to get one!!

ColourfulOrangex Thu 18-May-17 08:54:31

I tried my local boots in Brighton but no luck and we went to London for the weekend, tried there but nope...if anyone gets one you'll have to let us know if they are worth hunting down smile

There's a website I stumbled upon early on in my pregnancy where you could buy lots of baby products for a really low price, but the catch was you could only buy them once and it operated like a try before you buy type thing. Does this ring a bell with anyone? Cannot for the life of me remember what it's called and it's so frustrating. I told myself to remember it for when I was further along and ready to start stockpiling angry

lydiangel83 Thu 18-May-17 09:43:59

What do you have to take with you to get bounty pick from Boots etc?

Also what do have to do to get free prescriptions?

KrsJd Thu 18-May-17 09:46:19

I've got the bounty starter box; small bottle of palmers stretch mark oil, a sachet of L'Oréal shampoo conditioner, a small bottle of umberto shampoo and some tinted moisturiser IIRC. Not great but I love me some freebies. Definitely worth getting the starter pack from Tesco and you get a pack of newborn wipes and nappies. You get a few nappies from boots I think but not as many. I quite liked the Emma's Diary freebies also. I got the boots app to go with my advantage card and you can select and load offers, one of which is this;

KrsJd Thu 18-May-17 09:47:56

@lydiangel83 you get a small form to fill in for the bounty pack from your MW or you use the app and there's a button at the bottom that says "free stuff"

And for free prescriptions you should get a form to fill in from your GP or MW called a maternity exemption form; fill it in and my MW signed and stamped it then I returned it to my GP to send off for me at about 12 weeks.
