Does anyone else cry/feel emotional at a certain time every day?

I cry or feel like Im going to cry around 10-12ish every day for maybe ten min? I told my midwife about it and she recommended I speak to a doctor about it, is this an unusual thing? Its been happening since about 16 weeks and Im 26 now. I don't necessarily feel sad about anything and tbh I cry about everything and anything and usually it differs during the cry from a whole range of things even the most stupid!
