My story
I suffer from depression and gad ( generalized anxiety disorder) since I was very young age. I had tryed everything medications including councilling. Yoga excerise. Breathing exercise etc nothing seems to be working at all before I fall pregnant I was bad can get worse but since I fall pregnant am a lot worse then before. Today I been crying none stop for nearly 2 hours. I got angry . Frustrated . Upset . Feel like everything is going bad to worse and am that am really scared of this pregnancy. Some of you girls might remember me from two of my other post that I been for early scan and that was no baby and I had 6 miscarriage before. Anyway does anyone feel like there on there own even you have go people around you but not the baby dad. I cant stop crying. Feel hopeless.on my own.negative. over thinking including more anxiety attacks with chest pains. Hot flushes. And sometimes I don't even know why am crying or what brings it on

I didn't want to read and not post anything. Can't really help except to say maybe speak to your midwife and if you still have one your counsellor.
You aren't alone, but anxiety is an evil monster that makes you believe all kinds of crap (went through a bad patch a few years ago)

I work in mental health. So sorry it's feeling so hard. You really need help with this and need to talk to your midwife or GP about a referral. There are specialist mental health services for pregnant women (and women with babies) called 'perinatal mental health services'. They have psychologists and psychotherapists. If you have suicudal thoughts mention this to your midwife/GP too. No one will judge you but they can support you. Take care xx
