30 weeks have woken up with rosy cheeks

Okay so I am probably bring over paranoid here, I've woken up this morning with quite red cheeks. I've Googled slapped cheek and it doesn't look as bad as the images I'm getting, more just little rosy circles. Would you be concerned or is thus likely just more dodgy pregnancy skin?!

Dodgy skin ... slapped cheek is more bright scarlet but if you're worried and it hasn't gone, call your GP

Thanks Mabel, it did turn out to be dodgy skin - all gone the next day. Panic over nothing!
