Yes you can. There's very little you can't eat when pregnant.

Unless you are allergic to cauliflower or cheese I would say you are fine

Why are you concerned?

Wolfiefan Sun 16-Apr-17 13:14:03

Why wouldn't you? What do you think is risky?

Laurad04 Sun 16-Apr-17 13:15:52

Haha. Avoid unpasteurised cheese I think. But I haven't been pg for years! Cheddar is fine!!

Thank you and happy easter xx

And as far as it is cooked you would be fine anyway.

Enjoy it!

Nothing that morrisons would sell in a convenience food would be unpasteurised...

AssassinatedBeauty Sun 16-Apr-17 14:16:37

Unpasteurised stuff is really unusual and not sold by mainstream shops. Anything you buy from a supermarket will be pasteurised. If you're buying from a farmers market or farm shop maybe, then it's worth checking. But things should be clearly labelled as unpasteurised.

dementedpixie Sun 16-Apr-17 14:20:52

If you're cooking it then it doesn't matter if it's pasteurised as cooking will kill anything anyway. Perfectly fine to eat

CherriesInTheSnow Sun 16-Apr-17 15:38:29

Any hard cheese in pregnancy is fine, and really any pasteurised soft cheeses. You only need to be vigilant about seeing "Pasteurised" on the label if it is a soft cheese smile

FenellaMaxwellsPony Sun 16-Apr-17 15:49:03

You can eat unpasteurised cheese if it's cooked. Hard cheese is pretty much by definition safe. That's fine. Although YABU to eat cauliflower - it's rank.
