Stretch mark pain or really pain in my belly?

Ive always been petrified of placental abruption because i have an anterior placenta and they said its easier for me to have it even with the slightest bump to the belly. Last night i suddenly noticed when in the car, that a patch on my belly breath takingly painful. At first i panicked as i'd never felt this before and thought oh my god its tender its hurting its because theres a bleed. Every time i touched it though, my baby would just kick back as if too say go away mam. It doesnt hurt when i press it in, it just hurts when i put my hand on this specific spot, run my nails gently across it or sometimes when my top touches it. I have a huge amount of stretch marks but they're a few months old and dont hurt at all anymore, and this spot is kind of at the top of where the stretch marks are. I can kind of see like a blue line where the sensitive patch it so im thinking that maybe a stretch mark is forming and that's what its so painful. It doesnt hurt anywhere else just this one place and once when aggravating it, although this morning i did turn over on my right side and it did really hurt. When i rub it, it does feel like rubbing sunburn and it does take my breath away..kind of stinging too? My boy has been kicking away really good since yesterday, infact last night I could virtually see the shape of him he was kicking that strong.

I want to go and get checked to save myself going crazy but im high risk for pre term labour and have already been to hospital 3 times in 2 weeks and one visit ended up in me staying in for 5 days. I just feel silly when i go up. Am i being silly and its all just a stretch mark or what? X.

I've no advice on what the pain could be (haven't experienced stretch marks yet) but I'd say give your midewife a call. They'll offer you advice and if they do suggest you coming in to check it would put your mind at ease. X
