22 weeks sore abdomen

I miss 22 weeks today and for the last 2 days (this will be 3rd) I've had a deep soreness in my lower abdomen in the middle. It's sore when the baby moves and I'm also feeling some pressure. My legs are also very achy, and I've been having some nausea. I can relate it to period pains in some ways. It's really uncomfortable and while I'm not in agony it really doesn't feel nice.
This is my 3rd baby and I don't want to call midwife for no reason but I'm becoming concerned. Not sure what to do or if this is normal.

Hi

I think I'm having something similar.
Achey legs and a low, dull period pain (plus some other random pains)
I've a midwife appointment on Friday so am going to speak to her about it.
I'm happy to let you know what happens.

Mine seems to have died down now, I'd be interested to know what your midwife said though. Thank you x
