Worrying about missed miscarriage

Hi all, am currently around 12 weeks and have the first scan in 6 days time. I've already had a scan at 5 and 7 weeks (where we saw a tiny heartbeat) as I've had an ectopic pregnancy on the past. I know it's probably because of the ectopic but for some reason the closer we're getting to the 12 week scan the more I'm convinced it's going to be bad news. I've had no bad pain or bleeding but know missed miscarriages don't really have any symptoms. I'm so worried we will go to the scan to be told there's no heartbeat or that it stopped growing weeks ago. Don't know why I'm posting just scared I guess

I'm feeling the same, I'm 11 weeks and petrified after a previous miscarriage. I've also got no symptoms of miscarriage, I was bleeding a little by this point last time, but I still can't help but worry. Good luck, I really hope all is well x
