At what point do you worry about cramps? My back and tummy are really crampy with sharp cramps like af. It's worse than normal but I'm not doubled up.

How many weeks are you?

Could just be ligament pain, it does feel like sharp pains and can take my breath away

Im 6+6 and just had my 1st appt with midwife. I mentioned my cramps and she said not to worry, our bodies are going through alot of changes right now. Only worry if theyre so bad you cant stand, you start bleeding too or if its accompanied with shoulder pain.

Honestly, at 6+1 it can be a sign of miscarriage (but remember that the odds are in your favour) or it can be your uterus moving and stretching. Call your early pregnancy unit if you are worried but it's hard to say what it is for definite.

Hi, I've had the same problem as you. Horrible cramps, sharp shooting pains and just generally feeling like everything is going to fall out! I had a scan today 7+2 and everything looks great. They can't find any reason for the pains and have put it down to ligaments stretching.

If you're worried, see your gp. They say if there's no bleeding it's a good sign. I wouldn't worry too much 😊
