Had a growth scan today as bump was measuring a little small. All very positive - growth looks fine. I was just looking at the scan report and I noticed the umbilical artery PI was quite low on the chart. Still within the scale but at the bottom end (0.78 at just over 31 weeks). Google isn't proving much help. Some places say high PI is the real problem and that PI goes down with gestation but I have found a few people who appear to be getting extra scans and are quite worried as they have low PI. My end diastolic flow is positive, which I understand is good. Does anyone know anything about this? Hospital don't want to see me again and seem happy about everything.
