Pile nightmare

I unfortunately had the dreaded piles after first birth. Now 22 weeks pregnant with my second and they've come back with a vengeance. So much that I've nearly been in years with the sharp pain and discomfort they cause. Can anyone reassure me that after baby they will sort themselves out again and any treatments people have tried that have worked magic. I've got another 18 weeks of this

I had them 2nd time round so bad could harpy walk my doc said they can inject them to numb them but as I only had a few weeks left I didn't go with this....if u get them this time round I will be gutted they absolutely knack haha....Tey lying with an ice pop wrapped in towel on them to cool then down I feel for u xxx
