Stop googling and get off mum's net. I did for about 4 weeks at your stage and it reduced my anxiety massively. It's really hard but stopping reading about it we'll help to put it out your mind.

There are enjoyable stages to come!

Hope that helps flowers

You're not alone. I'm the same. 6+3 now so very early still for me.

I've tried to stop myself from looking on google and distracting myself with things. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Also I'm trying to get into the mind set that the statistics are in our favour.

I'm having cramping and a few other symptoms but I'm willing them along. It might make me feel better.

Hang in there you can do it ❤❤

Cramping is totally normal, I had cramping through the whole of my pregnancy. It's just everything stretching and kicking into action. I also read (on one of my extensive Google searches!) that the hormones can make you very anxious and I am an anxious person anyway! I know it's hard and I really struggled with this, but try to not Google. Make a list of the things that are niggling you and go over them with your midwife. As you go on you'll see your midwife more and more. Good luck with your pregnancy and try to enjoy it!

Oh i am the same. I am 10+4 now and have my scan in 12 sleeps. Today i was reading posts on the miscarriage/loss page and was heartbroken at all the stories from people that have lost their little ones at 10, 11 and 12+ weeks. I think i need to take the others advice given to you, and take a step away from MN until the scan. Another thing someone said to me on here a while back was that there is no sense in worrying about something that a) you cant control and b) may never happen. Today you just have to smile and remind yourself 'today i am pregnant' and enjoy it the best you can smile flowers for you OP
