Chest tightness/sternum pain

Hi All

Been under a heap of stress this week and couldn't sleep last night. I was awake chatting to hubby at 2am and wow it took my breath away.

I wondered if babies feet were kicking my heart or if I was having a heart attack or panic attack?

Has anyone else had these symptoms?
